Art League India is committed to providing a transparent registration process. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your registration.
1. Registration Fees
All registration fees paid for art competitions are non-refundable once the registration is successfully completed.
2. Cancellation by Participant
Participants may choose not to continue after registration; however, no refund will be issued for voluntary cancellation. Failure to submit artwork before the submission deadline does not qualify for a refund.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days with proof of payment. After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Technical Payment Failure
If payment is deducted but the registration is not successful, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway. If the amount is not reversed within the bank's timeline, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
5. Cancellation by Art League India
If a competition is cancelled by Art League India before the judging process begins, participants may receive a full or partial refund or may be offered participation in the next available competition, at our discretion.
6. Disqualification
No refund will be issued if a participant is disqualified for violating the Rules & Guidelines, including plagiarism, AI-generated artwork, false information, copyright infringement or inappropriate content.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
