Art League India Rules & Guidelines-
Please read these Rules & Guidelines carefully before participating. By completing your registration, you agree to these terms.
Registration-
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.Register first and submit artwork before the submission deadline.Keep your payment receipt until the competition is completed.
Eligibility-
- Open to participants from India and abroad.
- Artists of all skill levels are welcome.
- Participants may register in the appropriate age category.
- Participants below 18 years must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
Artwork Submission-
- Competition is completely online.
- Upload only through the official submission form.
- Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG or PNG.
- Maximum file size: 10 MB.Upload a clear, high-quality image.
- Multiple artworks require separate registration.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
Originality-
- Artwork must be your own original creation.
- AI-generated artwork is strictly prohibited.
- Plagiarism, tracing or copyright infringement will result in disqualification.
- Participants retain ownership of their artwork.
Judging Criteria-
- Creativity & Originality – Uniqueness of the concept, imagination, and artistic innovation.
- Artistic Skill / Technique – Demonstration of technical ability, craftsmanship, and medium handling.
- Visual Impact – Overall impression and ability to engage viewers.
- Composition & Presentation – Balance, proportion and presentation.
- Color Harmony – Effective and aesthetically pleasing use of colors.
- Overall Expression – Ability to communicate emotions, ideas or themes.
The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

Results-
- Results will be published on the official website and social media.
- Individual scores or judging remarks will not be disclosed.
Prize Claim-
- Prize winners must respond within the specified time after notification.
Copyright & Usage Rights-
- Participants retain copyright.
- Art League India may use submitted artworks for results, website gallery, social media, e-magazine and promotional purposes with due credit.
Fair Participation-
- AI-generated artwork, plagiarism, copyright infringement, false information, offensive content and attempts to influence judges are prohibited.
- Violations may lead to disqualification without refund.
Changes to the Competition-
Art League India reserves the right to modify schedules, rules, prizes or postpone/cancel the competition if required.
