3. Artwork Submission
- All artworks must be original.
- AI-generated artwork is prohibited.
- Artwork must not infringe copyright or trademarks.
- Only approved file formats may be uploaded.Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Ownership & Copyright
- Participants retain ownership of their artwork.
- Participants grant Art League India a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote submitted artworks on its website, social media, digital publications and competition materials with due credit.
5. Participant Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Do not submit plagiarized or offensive content.Follow all competition rules.
6. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified for plagiarism, AI-generated artwork, copyright infringement, false information, inappropriate content or attempts to influence judges. No refund will be issued.
7. Website Usage
Users must not misuse the website, upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Limitation of Liability
Art League India is not liable for technical failures, internet interruptions, payment gateway issues or indirect losses arising from participation.
9. Third-Party Services
Third-party payment gateways and services are governed by their own policies.
